Epsom salt (Magnesium Sulfate) has many uses. It boosts serotonin levels, reduces inflammation, helps to regulate over 200 enzymes in our bodies, and helps purge muscles of uric and lactic acid.
Our bodies need magnesium and most of us don't get enough of it. Soaking in it is the most efficient way to absorb magnesium.
After massage or a long day at work take an Epsom Salt bath. 2cups in the tub with very warm water. 10-15 minutes!
